dinner with some of the rba has been well overdue so yesterday I made my way into the city to meet with some of the guys. By the time I got to the Leagues club, Mark c, daz and linafail were chillin out with beers in hand. One kilkenny down and we all left and made our way to the rocks for dinner.

It was such a stunning day so we started walking down, talking shiet and taking in…… the sights. We got to Lowenbrau to find out that the place was packed and we had to wait for a table. So with nothing else to do the four of us went and brought some steins. The glasses were so heavy that two cute ladies let us join their table while we waited.

Jason and Josie joined us right after we were allocated a table. Fielding joined us shortly after and it was a pretty awesome night kicking back and taking it nice and easy. The food was fantastic. Most of the guys went for a massive pork knuckle while I went for something vege. German food is off the hook and the servings were massive! The desert was tasty as too.

Most of the night was spent talking about some random shit and cracking jokes everywhere. Feel sorry for some of the people around us having to listen to all the fucked up shit we were talking about though haha…

The night ended with an epic trip home dropping off linafail, daz and fields. Can’t wait to have another get together like this!

A week ago my new rims for the skyline arrived from the u.s. Today the rego expired on the skyline so I had to get the rims fitted to pass rego. Jun hooked me up with some treads.

While Angelo and I waited we hit up the awesome viet roll place opposite Jun’s for breakfast. We eventually hopped into the car and made our way to merrylands to get my pink slip before heading into Five Dock for lunch with Metin and Birhan.

saturday when a few of us were kicking it, we decided since it was so hot. So sunday metin, birhan, jude, her friend loz, dilly, anita, pulkit, shantel and myself went upto La Paruse for some sun and surf.

The day started early at metin’s place where while waiting for pulkit and birhan. I think i woke metin up with the sub pumpin away hehe. North Parramatta was woken up when birhan came down with his loud as fuck 180sx. We ducked out to the shops to get some drinks and beers.

By the time we were back from the shops metin, pulkit and his mrs were ready to go so we left and made our way down to the airport to meet up with dilly and anita.

After catching up with dilly and anita we made our way to lapa. We got there and met up with jude and her friend lauren.

The weather was awesome and so was the company. The water was nice and the beach wasn’t too crowded. It was an awesome day but a minute’s silence was had when my gazebo broke

Such a tiring day….. no rest was had though.

by 3pm rishi, metin, kierin, jason and myself had finally made it to Space Ibizia. The party was held at Moore Park and after waiting around for about 10 minutes we finally made it in and got the celebrations going.

Although there wasnt as much of a crowd as expected, everyone there was dedicated and it was a great day with no trouble and everyone having a great time. Kierin went hard in the moshpit while the rest of us lazed around near the main stage. Oldskool dj Pete Tong came up and had an awesome set. It wasnt until the Pot Bellez came up that we decided to get our dance on.

After a few minutes at the main stage we decided to head to the second stage where Mark Knight was going hard on the decks. He got the crowd bouncing away. It wasn’t until Jon Ulyssess came that everyone went nuts. This guy is one of the most entertaining djs i have ever seen and his house set was fucking awesome!!!!

Later in the night when rishi and kierin were off their faces, metin and I chilled back and got a bite to eat. Suprisingly they had real good yumcha here, finally after a long night though, we left and called it a night.

What a way to start this decade, thanks for organising everything rishi! Can’t wait to go to the real Space Ibiza this year

damn where has 2009 gone? It only felt like last month that we welcomed the new year in with some cigars and blue yet here we are only a week or so away from 2010. So here is my year in review….

The year started off with a pretty big party, and I guess this set the tone for my year. Whether it was partying away in sydney or the shenanigans that were had in melbourne, alot of partying was had. This year we had a few big parties at dilshans place and rons house.

One of the biggest highlights of 09 was the trip a few of the guys and myself made to Melbourne for the formula 1. The cars were awesome, the food was exqusite and the alcohol was in an abundance. The best thing about my trip though was that I met someone amazing!

I met crissy in melbourne and we caught up a few times during this year, it really sucks that you’ve left, and im not sure if i’ll see you anytime soon, but i really miss you.

Finally after 3 years I got my full licence which means I can drive turbo cars so to celebrate I spent some cash and brought a HR31 Skyline. Since i finally had a running car, I started getting back into the modifying scene again this year, with streetVISION slowly getting off the ground 2010 should be a bigger year in the car scene. Sadly the ek civic project had some big hurdles with my panel beaters closing down, the car still being in a rolling shell state, hopefully the car will be drivable in the new year. My dai lo Fielding got a integra and finally since I have known him, we have both been able to cruise around.

Spent alot of cash this year on alot of random things such as a big ass tv and also spent more at my favourite store ikea.  Suprised I still was able to save some cash hehe. I also finally got my new pc built and looks the part with my pimped out ikea influnced room.

My worklife became hell this year. Working on a few projects in an environment that was not as positive and encouraging as it once was. Working with fuckwits like john chessor meant it was time to rethink my career options. I made a big decision to resign and now am working for ca (the old computer associates) and have not regretted ever since. I really miss the guys like cos, mike tu, jason and the rest so its good i still keep in touch with them.

There was some sadness within the family with my sister’s grandma passing away. It was a rough week and also very stressful getting a passport in a day.

Well i wonder what 2010 has for me, I spent alot of time with my mates, and i hope this doesnt change next year.

See you all next decade

ron gave me a buzz asking if a few of us wanted to kick back at his place on the christmas weekend. Its actually been a while since we hung out at rons so rishi, sam, metin and I decided to cruise down to the mount and have laid back christmas.

After picking up metin and rishi, we jumped into the skyline and boosted it down to ron’s place. Sam met us down there and while a few of us setup the dj stuff, the rest played pool.

Neeraj and his good mate rob were chillin with us along with his rob’s brother daniel (who I havn’t seen in over 10 years) along with his mrs.

The entire night was filled with phat tunes and lots of alcohol and pizza, was just like all the other sweet gatherings at rons.

some people who read my blog might know that once upon a time i was part of a car club called team ground zero. The club disbanded a while ago but one of the best things about my time in the club was I met alot of great people. One of these guys is my now good mate Raiss.

Ive known raiss for over 3 years now and although I dont catch up to him (and the rest of the Team S Garage boys) as much as id like, whenever we hang its a good time. Something that has now become bit of a trademark of his is his dedication towards the S chassis nissan cars. Raiss’s current project is no different and a perfect dedication to nissan’s silvia line.

We met up on saturday (along with his cousin) at Dahtone Racing to pickup his car that had a fresh motor just put in. It was also good to finally meet anthony from [2GUUP] fame. Although the car wouldnt stop sneezing we had to get the car down to X Racing what was about 3 kms away doesn’t sound like a hard mission. But with literally no interior, we were abit freaked of getting pumped by the five-0.

The guy at X Racing was bloody hillarious and I dont think he wanted us to leave. Later when we went to get a feed we realised that if we left Dahtone about 20minutes later, we would’ve passed fairfield’s finest so we had bit of a sigh of relief.

After driving up to Pennant Hills, we parted ways and I went down to meet up with Metin who was having car issues of his own. The rest of the day was pretty much a massive trek from my place to rons house via penrith and wallacia lol.

The night was spent watching alot of how i met your mother and top gear. Time to call it a night haha.

just want to congratulate birhan for buying his 180sx. one of the tidiest interiors I have seen. Great to see you back in a 4 wheeler!
